Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 (or the higher minimum age where you live). If you are under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms, and must approve any purchase.

• You can use the apps as a guest, or create an account with email or Sign in with Apple.
• Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Give accurate information, and don't pick a display name that impersonates someone or is offensive.
• You can delete your account at any time. See Delete your account.

• Paid plans (Apprentice, Planeswalker and Archmage) are sold as monthly or annual subscriptions through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe on planeskeeper.dev. Prices are shown before you buy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the then-current price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Cancel in the store you bought from: Apple ID subscription settings on iPhone, the Subscriptions page in Google Play, or the Manage button on the Sparks page at planeskeeper.dev (Stripe). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the period ends. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
• Billing and refunds are handled by the store you paid through, under its rules. Apple and Google decide refunds for their purchases; we can't issue them. For Stripe purchases, email cyberbuddyps@gmail.com.
• A plan bought on one platform works on the others when you sign in to the same account.
• If we change a subscription price, the store will tell you in advance as its rules require, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

Apprentice Lifetime is a one-time purchase that unlocks the Apprentice plan's features for as long as Planeskeeper offers them, with no renewal. “Lifetime” means the lifetime of the Planeskeeper service, not yours. It does not include features or AI allowances of higher plans, and it is tied to the account you bought it with.

Sparks are credits for AI features, sold in packs. Each AI feature shows how many Sparks it uses. Sparks don't expire, but they have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged for money, and are used up when you spend them. Unused Sparks are lost if you delete your account. Refunds follow the store's rules, as above.

AI suggestions are generated automatically and can be wrong: a card may not be legal in your format, a price may be stale, a combo may not work. Check before you rely on them, especially before buying cards. Monthly AI limits depend on your plan.

You own the decks, notes, comments and reviews you create (“your content”). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, display and process your content as needed to run Planeskeeper, including showing public decks, comments and reviews to other people on the apps and the website. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other people already made (for example, a deck they copied) and records we keep as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for your content. Only post what you have the right to post.

When you post comments or reviews, or make a deck public, don't post:

• harassment, threats, hate speech, or sexual content;
• spam, advertising, scams or links to malware;
• other people's personal information;
• anything illegal or that infringes someone else's rights.

Comments and reviews pass through an automatic filter. You can report content and block other users. We may hide or remove content, and suspend or close accounts, that break these rules. We don't review everything before it appears, and we aren't responsible for what other users post. To report something urgent, email cyberbuddyps@gmail.com.

Don't:

• break the law using Planeskeeper;
• try to access other people's accounts or data, or our systems beyond what the apps allow;
• scrape, overload or disrupt the service, or get around AI limits or payments;
• resell Planeskeeper, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows.

Planeskeeper links to card stores such as TCGplayer, Mana Pool and Card Kingdom. Some links are affiliate or referral links, so we may earn a commission when you buy, at no extra cost to you. Prices shown in the app are estimates and may differ from the store's. Purchases you make on those sites are between you and the store.

Planeskeeper relies on services we don't control, including Scryfall, Apple, Google, Stripe, Anthropic and Commander Spellbook. Their terms apply to your use of them, and features that depend on them may change or stop if they do.

Planeskeeper is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that card prices, legality, bracket ratings or AI suggestions are accurate. Keep your own records of anything valuable to you; collection values are estimates, not appraisals.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or purchases, arising from your use of Planeskeeper. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50.

Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived.

You can stop using Planeskeeper and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or stop offering Planeskeeper, with notice where practical. If we shut the service down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice so you can export your data. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as your content licence for copies already made, disclaimers and liability limits) survive termination.

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Planeskeeper after that, the new terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts located in Kentucky, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide support or maintenance, and is not responsible for claims about the app. If the app fails to meet a warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. You confirm you are not in a country under a U.S. embargo and are not on a U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
