Delete your Planeskeeper account

iPhone

1. Open the Collection tab and tap the gear (Settings) button.
2. Scroll to Account Actions and tap Delete Account.
3. Tap Delete Everything to confirm.

Android

1. Open Collection, tap the menu (⋮) and choose Settings.
2. Under Account Actions, tap Delete Account.
3. Tap Delete Everything to confirm.

Your data is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Email cyberbuddyps@gmail.comwith the subject “Delete my Planeskeeper account”, from the email address on your account (or tell us the email address or Apple ID you sign in with). We may ask you to confirm the request. We'll delete the account within 30 days and email you when it's done.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it where you bought it: your Apple ID subscription settings, the Subscriptions page in Google Play, or the Manage button on the Sparks page at planeskeeper.dev. Unused Sparks and any remaining subscription time are lost when the account is deleted.

• Your login (email and password, or the link to your Apple ID).
• Your collection, decks and their version history, wishlist, price alerts, trade binder, trades, game logs, preferences, MTG College progress and MTG Arena data.
• Your public decks, which disappear from Explore and your profile page.
• Your subscription record, Sparks balance and AI usage count.
• Comments, reviews and votes you left on other people's decks. A comment that has replies is replaced with “[deleted]” so the conversation still reads.

• Purchase claim records.For each Sparks purchase, a record of the store transaction ID, the number of Sparks and your former user ID. These are kept indefinitely so the same purchase can't be redeemed twice. They don't contain your name or email.
• Moderation reports you filed, or that others filed about your content, are kept as a safety record.
• Payment records held by Apple, Google or Stripe are kept by them under their own policies and legal obligations.
• The copy on your device. The app may keep some data locally after you sign out. Uninstall the app (or clear its data) to remove it.

You can delete individual cards, decks, trades, game logs, comments and reviews in the app at any time. To have us delete specific data for you, email cyberbuddyps@gmail.com.
